Catalog description

This course provides an overview of human development throughout the lifespan, i.e., from conception through late adulthood and death. The course will examine the different mechanisms that drive development and the observable milestones for each developmental stage, within the domains of development (i.e., physical, cognitive, and socioemotional). The course will discuss classic and modern theories and research approaches in developmental psychology.
