Clinical Orthodontics in Comprehensive Care

The course will offer the tools for the students to build the basic knowledge in orthodontic principles and the clinical management of the young, adolescent and adult patients. It will review the basic concepts in orthodontic tooth movement, biomechanics and some orthodontic appliance and their clinical applications. In addition, the course will shed light on multidisciplinary orthodontic treatment in conjunction with other specialties. This course is open only to students in the Doctor of Dental Surgery program.
