Catalog description

This course is designed to provide the foundational knowledge of orthodontic diagnosis, thru lectures, interactive hands-on exercises and clinical simulation cases. The course will offer the tools for the students to build the basic skills in formulating diagnosis and the clinical management of the young, adolescent and adult patients. It will also review the basic concepts in craniofacial growth in conjunction with their clinical applications. In addition, the course provides hand-on sessions that reinforces the taught principles. This course is open only to students in the Doctor of Dental Surgery program. Core curriculum.
