Nursing Education Practicum I: Teaching in Simulation

Catalog description

This course allows the students to examine the theoretical framework in designing, implementing, and evaluating simulation teaching. The students explore the evidence and standards of best practices and guidelines in teaching simulation. The students will participate in a precepted practicum where they will gain skills at teaching in simulation. The course consists of classroom seminars and 60 hours of simulation teaching practicum.
