Catalog description

This course explores how people think, interact, and work within organizations. Students will examine key topics such as motivation, teamwork, leadership, decision-making, and organizational culture, and how these factors influence individual and group performance. The course draws on ideas from sociology, psychology and social science to help explain what drives behavior in workplace settings. Through case studies, class discussions, and interactive exercises, students will develop practical skills for working effectively with others, communicating clearly, and navigating common challenges in organizations.
