Musical Theatre, as a popular art form, holds a unique place in our contextual understanding of the world’s culture, history, and sociology. This hybrid course is focused on Musical Theater History with optional performances to encourage students to analyze social topics revealed in various musical works throughout history. Pre-requisite: None Fulfillment: General Elective. Repeat rule: Non-Repeatable. Students can only take this course once during their study at NYUSH.
