This advanced, performance-focused course develops students for both ensemble and solo public performance through the study of a wide range of vocal genres, including choral repertoire, musical theater scene studies, and a cappella works. Emphasis is placed on vocal technique, stylistic accuracy, musicianship, diction, and collaborative skills, preparing students to perform confidently in diverse professional contexts. The class culminates in a series of public performances that represent the university at concerts and special events, requiring a consistently high level of artistic excellence, musical preparation, and ensemble cohesion from all participants. Fulfillment: General Elective.
