Catalog description
The Generalist Practice Practicum course provides students with supervised practice experience in their assigned agencies under the instruction of professional social workers. The overall purpose of these courses is to introduce students to engagement, assessment, goal setting, intervention, and termination across micro, meso, and macro social work practice. Students intervene across a range of systems that includes individuals (older adults, adults, adolescents, and children), couples, families, agencies, and communities.
