Screen Scoring Recording Sessions

Catalog description

The course prepares students in a crucial aspect of screen scoring: the scoring recording session. Through a combination of instructional workshops, observation of recording sessions, feedback sessions, and applied practice, students develop as scoring professionals within a studio setting. Students integrate knowledge from different areas of inquiry in screen scoring involved in the production of recordings for scores. Further, students learn how to collaborate and function as a team in a time-sensitive and high-pressure environment.
