This course is designed to study the essential role of human resource management within healthcare organizations. The degree to which healthcare organizations manage human resources will, to a great extent, determine the success of the organization. The course serves as a comprehensive foundation for those aspects of human resource planning, development, and administration vital to the human resource manager, line managers, and senior leaders. Throughout the course, participants will delve into the fundamentals of human resource management to understand the strategies and best practices necessary for attracting, developing, and retaining a skilled and motivated healthcare workforce.
