As technology and innovation competition continues to globalize, exposure to technology management practices in different regions has become essential. This course develops students' capabilities to analyze and address technology management challenges across diverse cultural, regulatory, and market environments. They learn how regional contexts influence critical decisions about product development, project management, and strategic planning. By the end of the course, students will have developed the analytical skills and awareness needed to lead technology initiatives in an increasingly competitive global environment. | Prerequisites: Not BTM major.
