Catalog description

This seminar introduces applied machine learning and artificial intelligence tools for technology management. Students develop practical skills in Python and core ML methods, then move into neural networks, generative AI, and advanced topics such as transformers and diffusion models with business applications. Later weeks follow a seminar format featuring current developments, case discussions, and a team project that connects technical analysis with managerial decision-making. Seminar topics may vary each semester to reflect instructor expertise and industry trends in AI applications. | Prerequisites: MA-UY 2224 and ( CS-UY 1114 or ( CS-UY 1113 and CS-UY 1121 )).
