Catalog description

Hands-on introduction to fundamental concepts and experimental techniques for observation and measurement of physical variables and their application to mechanical, thermal/fluid and electrical problems of practical interest. Instrumentation, data collection and post-processing, statistical analysis and report writing are introduced. Students learn to critically read, evaluate, and extract specific technical meaning from measured data. | Prerequisites: PH-UY 2023
