This course introduces the concept, framework, and methods of agile project management. In this course, students learn the core principles of agile project management, theory and processes for managing projects in dynamic settings, and practice of planning and implementing agile project management. The course introduces students to environmental factors, competition, technology, shifts in project needs, regulatory requirements, and economic conditions and their impacts on projects.
