This course introduces the foundation of the concepts, techniques, and tools for project management that can be applied in diverse settings. At the end of this course, students will have a good understanding of the different project management knowledge areas, the phases required for successful project management, and the role of a project manager and will be able to apply these concepts to developing a project management plan.
