Catalog description

This is the second semester in the second-year sequence of Korean language. It includes phonetics, grammar, syntax, and vocabulary. The course emphasizes the development of communicative skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Develops the language's major social and cultural contexts. Requires students to write about and discuss various topics. Prerequisite: Intermediate Korean I or the equivalent, or by placement exam Fulfillment: General electives.
