The course will prepare students entering diverse healthcare contexts to understand, recognize, and use medical terminology in their daily practice. The concepts and framework of medical terminology will be clinical, technical/informative, and sociocultural by nature to encompass a wide range of disciplines that collaborate in the field of healthcare.
