Introduction to Family Medicine

Catalog description

To introduce students to the field of Family Medicine. Students will become introduced to family medicine in different clinic settings. Students will observe the breadth of Family Medicine by navigating between pediatric, adolescent and adult patients. Students will recognize the psychosocial determinants of health and its impact on individual patients.
