This first of a 2-part course serves as a culmination of the students’ academic journey and a launchpad for entrepreneurial aspirations. This capstone course integrates the breadth of knowledge acquired throughout the program, emphasizing the practical application of entrepreneurial principles. Students apply and synthesize the learnings from their prior coursework and engage in strategic business planning, venture development, and critical analysis of their own entrepreneurial challenges. Collaborate with peers and mentors to refine the startup concept, addressing key elements like market validation, financial modeling, and sustainable growth strategies. Leverage insights from experienced mentors and industry professionals. The Strategic Entrepreneurship Capstone equips you with a comprehensive understanding of the entrepreneurial process, refining your ability to navigate complexities and successfully bring your innovative venture to life. The culmination of the Launchpad I course is the “Shark Tank” event where students pitch their ideas to the business community.
