Embark on the entrepreneurial journey with this immersive course, exploring the vital phases of innovation, ideation, and validation in venture creation. Through practical exercises targeted at students’ own preliminary business ideas, students learn to identify opportunities, generate innovative ideas, and validate them in the marketplace. The course delves into the foundations of innovation, transitions to hands-on ideation activities, and utilizes methodologies like lean startup principles and market research for effective validation. Alternative means for start-up including buying existing businesses and franchises will also be covered. Emphasizing iteration and feedback, students refine their venture concepts, preparing them with a validated framework for launching and sustaining a successful startup.
