Catalog description

With a focus on China and the U.S., we will discuss how cross-border businesses delight their customers by uncovering cultural insights. Through a combination of lectures, extensive real-life case studies, in-class activities, and hands-on practice, students will gain valuable insights into how cross-cultural differences manifest in business and the challenges they create. Notes: This course is conducted in both Chinese and English. It counts as a CAS elective (it does not apply toward the EAS major or minor or fulfill the CAS language requirement).
