<p>Humor has been shown to reduce stress, ease conflict, and build trust, making it an essential communication tool in the workplace. However, if used inappropriately, humor can also be hurtful or even seen as aggressive. In this workshop, learn how to use humor to positive effect so that it adds more fun in your workplace&mdash;and, yes, you&rsquo;re allowed to have fun at work! Learn techniques to increase your creativity, foster collaboration, and make your job and life more satisfying.</p>
