Catalog description

Attention deficit disorder (ADD) traits can lead to lateness, procrastination, poor follow-through, disorganization, and an overwhelming sense of paralysis. Without strategies to counteract them, these tendencies pose frustrations at work. In this intimate, interactive seminar, a senior ADHD coach provides critical insights into how to manage ADD/ADHD and be successful at work. Topics include the process of creating solutions that flow with these traits instead of fighting against them, fundamental stepping-stones for breaking through barriers, and ways to gain immediate positive results in life and at work.
