Catalog description

This course will present advanced knowledge of Nanomedicine, starting with a historical perspective of the field's development and following with in-depth lectures dedicated to the main types of nanomedicines and their applications. The course will analyze the field's current state at the experimental and clinical levels, its main challenges, and how they may be addressed relying on principles of the nano-bio interface and the rational design of nanomedicines. Knowledge of Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or similar. Anatomy, Physiology, Cell Biology or similar.
