Integrative Mental Health

Catalog description

This course provides a foundation for Integrative Health. Through case vignettes, experiential learning, and practice-based assignments, students explore biopsychosocial etiologies and disparities in health, healing and wellness practices that support person-centered and holistic health, and best practices and emerging evidence in treatment interventions. The Pathways Model is also presented, including psychophysiology, movement, creative arts, spirituality, and mindfulness.
