Catalog description

Emphasizes the morphology and identification of normal and abnormal human blood cells and various procedures used in the hematology department. Provides theoretical and fundamental principles in hemostasis as well as common procedures performed. Students will solve case studies by correlating with laboratory findings in both departments and perform both manual and automated procedures.
