Catalog description

This course is a continuation of MATT 101 and continues to develop additional machining skills that were introduced and developed in Machin Tool Technology I. This course teaches student to prepare single-point external and internal unified screw threads, generate angles with the compound rest within one degree, ream holes concentric within .002 inches, determine cutting speeds, and perform facing, grooving, part-off, and tuning operations.
