Catalog description

The structure of matter, the movement of electrons, conductors, insulators, direct and alternating current, and electrical units of measurement are covered in this course. Also included is a description of the electrical circuit, making electrical measurements, Ohm’s law series and parallel circuits, electrical power, magnetic fields, inductance, transformers, capacitance, impedance, sine waves, and using electrical measuring instruments. This course covers wire sizes, circuit protection devices, and semiconductors or solid-state components.
