Catalog description

This course is a basic survey of the principles of contemporary mathematics. The course will emphasize the algebra of sets and numbers, exponentials and logarithms, complex numbers, vectors and matrices, and applications for each. This course or the waiver in it is a prerequisite for all other MST courses. The credits for this course is being awarded however they do not count towards the MST degree.
