Catalog description

Prerequisite: PSYC 1110 or BIOL 2110. A study of the molecular and cellular basis of the nervous system, covering fundamentals of cell biology, principles of neuronal signaling and neuronal circuits, and cell and molecular approaches to the investigation, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the nervous system. Shares lecture with BIOL 5009 and BIOT 5009 with additional expectations for graduate credit. (Same as BIOL 4009. )
