This course will provide students with a comprehensive review of fundamental and advanced topics in chemical and biochemical analysis, necessary for advancing at the graduate level across all disciplines. The course will focus on (1). basics in chemical analyses, including sampling, statistics, and equilibrium; (2) instrumental design and applications in spectroscopic, electrochemical, and chromatographic techniques; and (3) introduction to surface and structural analysis.
