Higher education institutions are complex ecosystems where leadership plays a critical role in driving organizational change and fostering student success. This course explores advanced theories and practices in organizational behavior and change, with a focus on how institutional policies, structures, and leadership strategies influence outcomes. By examining higher education through a systems perspective, participants will learn to navigate the challenges of strategic plan implementation, workflow management, promote cross-functional collaboration, and create transformative solutions that enhance faculty, staff, and student success. Participants will engage in discussions and projects that bridge theory and practice, equipping them to lead effectively across functional areas.Prerequisites: consent of instructor.
