Catalog description

The University Philharmonic Orchestra is open to all students and performs a wide variety of standard orchestral literature. The orchestra performs each semester and the objectives include refining technique, stylistic characteristics, intonation, balance, bowings, color, rhythmic integrity and dynamics. Prerequisite of an audition. May be repeated up to 10 credits.
