Financial Management for Public Organizations

Catalog description

This course introduces students to budgeting concepts and models, financial control, reporting, and analysis. Topics also include management of public funds and contributions, expenditure controls, issues in financial administration, and the establishment of priorities through financial management. Students will also develop spreadsheet skills to perform financial calculations and create financial analysis reports.
