This course explores issues relevant to the nursing care of pediatric populations, distinguished by age/developmental stage and diagnoses. The course builds on content presented in previous nursing and pre-requisite courses, including biophysical and psychosocial concepts, application of growth and development principles, and application of evidence to nursing management.
