This course focuses on nursing leadership and management roles within various health care systems' organizational structures. The impact of these roles and their relationship to quality improvement and patient safety are examined. Prerequisite: 301 and 302. Restriction: admitted to B.S.N. Nursing (RN to B.S.N. degree completion option).
