Catalog description

This course will provide an overview of the process by which organizations staff positions from pools of external and internal applicants. Because staffing is one of the most focal human resource activities, central to the management of human assets is an understanding of how theory, research, and legal foundations can inform staffing decisions. The overarching goal of this course is to introduce students to research and practice in recruitment and selection.
