Human Resource Metrics and Analytics

Catalog description

This course is a data-driven approach to decision-making in an effort to increase individual and organizational success. Students will learn to leverage data, rather than intuition, to understand the human resource landscape, apply data to issues of employee engagement and satisfaction, predict employee turnover, analyze recruitment and selections analytics, provide HR planning as well as monitor the impact of HR interventions.
