Catalog description

Integrative mental health care is a rapidly emerging paradigm that combines traditional medicine, psychotherapy, and a range of evidence-based CAM (complementary and alternative) therapies. This course will explore advances in the understanding of the causes of mental illness which have important implications for therapeutic uses in the treatment of depression, anxiety, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, ADHD, and other mental health problems.
