Catalog description

This course is designed to enhance knowledge and skills toward students’ ability to use food to improve their own health and the health of their patients. We meet for cooking sessions online twice per week and seminars four times per week. The Culinary Medicine (CM) elective will be a hands-on approach to teaching basic culinary skills in addition to providing basic and clinical science behind nutrition-related chronic diseases.
