Understanding how natural ecosystems are responding to pressing environmental issues is a major challenge in contemporary science. Yet, many of these events have an analog in Earth history. Paleoecology can provide unique insights into these events. Fulfills the EEO breadth requirement of the Biology BS/BA degree.
