Art and Place Reconsidered I

Catalog description

A location consists of multiple geographies, narratives, histories, and cultures. This studio course explores how artists engage with a local community, and the ethics of this engagement. Students address the ways in which equity, intersectionality and social justice appear in their own work and that of others.
