Catalog description

This regional anesthesia course develop students’ fundamental understanding and practical skills of regional anesthesia and utilization of ultrasound technology to enhance patient outcomes. Lectures, multimedia assignments, and case-based scenarios provide students with in-depth knowledge of local anesthetics, regional block equipment, and types of regional anesthesia. Using hands-on practice with ultrasounds and mannequin trainers, students gain technical skills and learn the steps of regional blocks.
