Catalog description
The course focus is the physiology and pathophysiology of the cardiovascular system. Students will gain knowledge on cardiovascular structures, electrical innervation, and hemodynamics of the heart and vascular system. Emphasis will be made on physiological cardiac responses, electrocardiography interpretation, and anesthetic risk factors.
