This course introduces the scientific study of behavior and mental processes with an emphasis on leadership development and team dynamics. Students will explore topics such as motivation, decision-making, communication, emotional intelligence, and group behavior—critical skills for effective leadership. Designed with JROTC students in mind, this course bridges psychological concepts with practical applications in leadership, preparing students for success in both academic and military pathways.
