Catalog description

This workshop is for students with a keen interest in entering the legal profession upon graduation. Students will learn how to conduct legal research (online and in the books); compare case law facts with the facts of a client’s situation; identify legal issues; to practice these skills with hypotheticals; and to write memoranda. It is the capstone course for students in the pre-law minor.
