Estate Planning investigates tax and non-tax considerations in the disposition of assets and protection of survivors at death. The course includes the estate planning process, methods of estate transfer at death,federal gift and estate taxes, issues of generation skipping,estate liqidity, special situations, and methods of transfer during life.
