Rendering Techniques

Catalog description

This studio course will prepare students for more complex problems in drawing, painting and illustration. Working in a variety of media, students will learn to render form, texture and color for dramatic effect. Through a series of exercises, students will learn fundamental control of media and tools while experimenting with different surfaces. Projects not finished in class must be completed outside class hours.
