Catalog description

Prerequisites: ENGL 101 and ENGL 102 with grades of C or higher; ENGL 102 may be taken concurrently as a corequisite. Advanced scene study, audition techniques, and ensemble techniques are explored. Interpretation of scenes from selected dramas for stage performance, evaluation of practiced techniques in character portrayal through dialogue and action. Participation in a performance workshop is stressed.
