Co-rerequisites: CE 200 , SET 200 or permission of instructor. Introduction to surveying law and to the concept of evidence related to boundary locations as discoverable on the ground and through deeds or other written records. Understanding of the principles of property law, titles, land ownership, transfer of land ownership, deed descriptions, evidence recovery and conflict resolutions.
